They're made by AMP, and the series is called "Junior Timer". More info:

Yes, it refers to the 25 pin connectors, but believe it or not the  
mondo ECU connector and the "standard" VW 2/3/4/5 pin connector are  
the same AMP family.

  Amphenol also has an online ordering system, but finding the  
correct part can be a nightmare given how many variants there are in  
terms of pin material/plating (yep, you can get gold-plated versions)  
and so on.
