Ebay workshop CDs

Bought a workshop CD for my 1999 Audi A6 on Ebay recently. The price was
great but what I got wasn't so hot. Installed the CD 
without too much problem but there was nothing of any use on it. For
instance, selecting 'Engine mechanical' or 'Brakes' resulted in a couple
of TSBs being displayed. Total ripoff. Has anyone on the list had
similar experiences?
