Amazingly, my CGT just passed New Jersey inspection

I am thoroughly astounded that with Euros (not optimally aimed, I might add)
and a hi-flow cat that I was warned "doesn't always pass emissions" I just
waltzed through my NJ inspection with nary a hiccup.     

Since I didn't reposition the side markers, I was waiting for the guy to
walk up and ask me where they went.  Not even a look.  Maybe I'm behind in
my motor laws, but really thought the Division of Motor Vehicle
Indoctrination of the People's Republic of New Jersey would flag me for that
at the very least.   

Hell, *I* know my car is safe, but to have New Jersey agree?  Wow!
