Catch 22 Towing in Phoenix

The driver, Mike Schooley, is a crook for sure.
Picked my Audi up at 5 p.m. and showed up at my house, 150 miles
away, at 9:30 p.m. I asked him what took so long and he said he
ran into traffic.
He charged me $200 instead of the $160 promised by AAA.
The worst part is that I had a great towing service, who brought the
car down there here in Flagstaff, and AAA refused, even after talking
to two supervisors to even call them when I had the towing job all
ready arranged with them. And it took me 2.5 hours to even get AAA
to send a towing truck down there to the dealership to get the
car--why? because it was "unattended"!
I told him I had made that exact same trip numerous times and the
most it should have taken him is 2.5 hours. I have made the trip in
an hour and a half--I was flying.
But 4.5 hours and 200 miles is a total rip off. Musta stopped off
at his girl friends house. Then when I told him he could save all
the b.s. about the traffic, he told me he was tight with God and how
God knew he was telling the truth. "The lady does protest too
much."
Now I have to spend hours and days more time on this complaining with
BBB, talking with AAA yet again.
Make sure you tell everyone you know what crooks Catch 22 are.
