Um, yeah, sorry. The Recaro Trophy seats came on the Mk II Jetta GLi and Golf GTi. They were early 1990's 16v Mk II cars. The mod to egt them to fit a typ85 is very easy, no clue what would need to be done to a Typ44. For a typ85, just heat the rear seat rails with a torch to soften the metal a little and use a BFH to bend the rails in by about 1/2"...then they just slide right in. Rake and forward/backward is manual, height is electric. Here's mine: http://members.cox.net/duandcc_forums/Seats1.jpg I love them. So comfey and look nice to boot. But they canb be quite expensive because everyone wants them for their VWs and they are becoming more & more popular in the Typ85 Audis. A perfect (no tears/holes/cracks) set can run upwards of $500 (I belive that's what Force5 charges for them), but they are well worth it...
