Rotella's not synthetic?

"Shell ROTELLA® T Synthetic is a fully synthetic heavy-duty
diesel and gasoline engine oil developed especially to meet
the requirements of North American driving."

Note that they also make a "Shell ROTELLA® T Multigrade",
which isn't labeled synthetic.
