Grease effects torque values?!

Same here- if I have stuff that's greasy(usually from PB Blaster, but  
not always) I just toss the stuff into a deli cup with some hot water 
+simple green.  When I'm getting done, I use a brush to clean up  
anything left, rinse with really hot water, and leave on a shop towel  
to dry.  I agree with Huw, brake cleaner's not the nicest stuff and  
its so runny, it's hard to really degrease stuff without hosing the  
parts down...
