Of course the concept of yet another separate list
is that those whom are, shall we say, "impulse
buyers" will still not see items such as these. 
The only reason one would look at such a list
would be if they're actively seeking. So it still
doesn't solve the problem. IMHO, instead of 
a separate list for these, we could also consider
a rules change for the existing marketplace.
