Still looking for Intercooling heat sensor

It's not a connector. There are no connectors there (BAD Audi, who'd thunk they
would've screwed up yet another electrical thing!). So, you've got to
do something else to properly electrically connect it. I personally
used solder and heat shrink. This connection (as I recall) requires a
very good solder joint (electrically), so if you're not confident in
doing this way, AND there is enough lead sticking off of
your broken wire, try the automotive grade butt type connectors that have:
1. Built in solder
2. Built in waterproof sealant
(McMaster-Carr is one source, try http://mcmaster-carr.com, I'm sure
there are others including a better FLAPS)
Crimp using a proper racheting crimper, or if desparate, at least the
"deluxe" grade
crimper at Radio Shack, and use heat gun to shrink the heat shrink
(melts the solder and flows the sealant, too). Then protect the rest
of the connection with good
tape (since the other connection is still good, it precludes the use
of heat shrink).
HTH, but really, you should get yourself a Bentley, it'll help you alot.
