Not reasonable.

They're just trying to scare you into a new car.

All the exhaust stuff (including the OXS) is available in the
aftermarket for way cheaper with no detriment to function, legality,
or warranty (if that's even an issue here).

Prop shaft? Did you mention rumbling? If not, do you feel/hear any
rumbling? If so, can you live with it? If not mentioned/heard/felt,
this one's tres bogus.

Gaskets and vacuum lines? Is a vacuum leak suspected? Is there an
oil leak that is troubling you? If vacuum, then do the lines first,
gaskets last. If you don't wrench on your own stuff, an independent
can handle this. This type of work is not a dealer service monopoly.
The parts may be.

Flip them the bird as you drive away, find a recommended independent
and have the OXS changed, or do it yourself. Then the vacuum lines,
then the gaskets, then the cats only if it seems really necessary. My
1991 V8q is still running the original cats. (How often do these
things need to be replaced anyway?) Certainly not as a function of
scatter-effect diagnosis, even at aftermarket prices.
