Where are you located?

Factory cats are super expensive, there really is no need to use
factory cats- aftermarket solutions are much much cheaper.

Prop shaft- is it the center bearing? That can probably be fixed w/o
replacing the whole shaft.

Valve cover gasket at that price is insane unless it's all labor that
costs so much.

Heck at that point, I'll buy the car from you. :-)
