Yes, should be in the same place - #10 in the fuse box.

Only if it's bad...

You can check part-way at the connection under the back seat - if that's 
getting power, then proceed to the pump and unscrew the connectors and 
check them.  If it isn't, experiment with spare FPR's, etc.
