4kq burned wire from wrong relay in fuel pump relay spot

I just did a very similar thing in my urq.  Had a bare wire, traced it
to a "welded" connection which was within the bundle of wire.  I
replaced that with a wire running to the kostal connector on the kick
panel that it was ultimately grounded at anyway.
