Rear Tierod nuts

>What's the secret to removing the nuts from the wheel end of the rear tierod on a 4kq?  I got the nuts to unthread maybe a quarter inch and then the bolt part of the assembly started to turn.  The other end of the bolt ain't available to grab with something like vise grips.  Do I have to Dremel 'em.

If you're replacing the whole tie rod - cut off the bolt.  If not, cut carfully the nut only.  Might try to heat the nut, then spray the bolt with something cold and try again but that's a long shot.
