Rear Tierod nuts

Dremel cut off the nuts. I tried my "pickel fork" ball joint separator and
got the nuts almost off, but couldn't get enough leverage force to keep the
ball from turning. My ViseGrips are all too beefy to get to the available
shaft, so the Dremel tool came to the rescue. I am replacing the tie
rods. I've got them adjusted to the same number of exposed threads as on
the ones I'm taking out. So how much torque do I need on the nuts that
hold that collar that squeezes down on the adjuster bodies?
