I wrote (about my 1988 Audi 100 steering rack):

I spent far to long on this job but can now confirm the replacement rack
fits fine!

I found some useful instructions in the archives (thanks to those
people) but not much relating to RHD cars. So I share my experience in
my own write-up, complete with pics.
