2001 A4 suspension squeak

Don't know if it's any help but audi germany replaced
both arms on my 99 S4 for free a few months ago. Car
has 150k miles with full history.

What was replaced was maybe a foot long with a bush at
one end and a ball joint at the other.

PO also reports some other front suspension work being
done for free in the UK but i can't find any details
