tire experience w/Falken? treadwear grade?

The treadwear # is a comparison of the tread life of
one tire from a specific tire company; say Nokian,
with other tires made by that company only. A 200
rating on a Nokian does not mean the same as a 200 on
a Dunlop. Every company makes a baseline tire and
assigns that a value of 100; all other tires in their
line are then rated in comparison to that baseline
tire. If a company makes a garbage tire and assigns
that a 100 rating; all other tires from that company
will have an unrealistically high treadwear rating.
Kind of a scam being put over the uninformed
consumers.
