Bentley CD question

I have a Bentley CD manual that I'm wanting to sell, but am wondering 
if whoever buys it will be able to use it. I seem to remember some 
discussion on here about people having trouble registering the software 
when installing it, even if they were the original purchaser. Is the 
buyer going to be able to register it? Is there anything I should do 
before selling to make things easier?
