Bentley CD question

I just went through this process recently- the current version CDs you have to
select "transfer license" or something like that on the computer on which it is
installed and get a transfer code.

I did this with the help of Bentley's tech support line- they took the
registration
info for the new owner from me, that probably streamlined the whole registration
process for the new owner, as they already had all the info.
