What upgrades are available out there for the MC engine?

I got an MC motor that came out of a '87 5000T. I have it in mind to put it
into my 4000, but while it's out, I would like to look at my upgrade
options. So far, I got an aluminum flywheel. I think that I will be getting
an aftermarket clutch. What else is out there that I could bolt-on at this
time? Are there better intake manifolds? The stock header does not inspire
performance in my mind, is there a better option?

I will eventually turn the car into FEI, but for now I gotta snap things
back together and get my project cars out of my friend's yard :) Based on
what I plan to do with this motor, I think that the stock turbo will be
good, although if you can justify a turbo suggestion, I am all ears...
