NAC - Pop Rivet Advice

All,

Never done pop-rivet work before and need an education before mounting
a new bumper skin on an existing bumper extrusion.  The FA lists two
different size pop-rivets used on the skin. Will one tool work with
different diameter, or different length rivets?  Do rent-all stores
usually have pop-rivet tools in their inventory?

Inquiring minds want to know.
