I'm not going to stick my neck out and say "no," but what makes the
Conti belt work right is the angle of the "V" fitting properly. I
suspect the 0.5 mm width difference will make less difference than
having an "inch sized" belt with the wrong V profile... but I would get
a second, informed opinion on this before taking my guess for gospel!
This info is based on experience with the 5 cyl, by the way, it probably
applies to your (V-6?) as well.
