200tq axle bolt torque

I just did this on my S6 (C4 chassis) and the torque spec in the Bentley was 148 lb-ft PLUS 1/4 turn. The type 44 would be similar. I would think that it should at least be higher than 147 lb-ft total torque. My old Scirocco was 173 lb-ft.
