Ignition timing 90 200 TQ

Gentlemen,

 

Looking for ignition timing specs and procedure for a 90 200TQ. Pulled
distributor out and need to get a light on it. Have looked on-line and in
some other places but no info... 

 

To make a long story short.... Deer ran into the side of my car several
weeks ago destroying the door and fender. Insurance paid, and I did the
repairs (replaced both) myself. (Have this funny thing about some one who
cares less, and may even know less, working on any of my vehicles A bodyman
pal did the final alignment as it takes me forever, takes him less time and
much better! 

 

Meaning, the broken exhaust studs and leaky injectors could finally be
"funded". Let's just call it the Columbus Weekend thrash... Actually worked
on it Tues and Wed also.

 

Head came off, went through everything to include replacing right motor
mount (easily accessible, and bad!) ox sensor, timing belt, etc. etc. Over
$500 in parts, but my time is free????

 

Had a problem getting it running once done... Turned out the coil wire chose
just that moment to have zero continuity. Ended up digging in the trash for
the one I had thrown out several days before :o)

 

So, looking to set the timing with a light... Thoughts, details??
