I remembered he had an A6 wagon, 2000-or-so vintage.  Later this  
afternoon, I posted a comment explaining the basis for my earlier  
comment.  I posted originally thinking it might be a typo, and I was  
just trying to be helpful.  Just about everyone I know mixes up  
chassis numbers and whatnot occasionally, myself included.

Thanks for faulting me for not correctly remembering exactly what  
another lister has in his garage, and trying to be helpful.
