That contact info is correct. I placed an order on 10/4 and it was 
business as usual. Talked to "the man" (Rod) and got what I ordered at 
great prices. I did have to call frequently over a couple of days 
before Rod picked up. I've experienced that with him in the past so I 
didn't think that anything was out of the ordinary. I get the 
impression that The Parts Connection is either a one man show or nearly 
so. I just figured that Rod was wearing his shipping/receiving hat and 
not near the phone. I could imagine a great many personal issues that 
would cause him to be unavailable but I agree that it would be nice if 
he had voice mail. I personally hope that he and his business are ok 
else old Audi ownership is going to get a great deal more difficult. 
There's no where else I'd rather source parts from.
