Beep from nav speaker

Does the Nav come with Bluetooth?  This is a long shot, but if your phone
has Bluetooth, maybe the beeping is indicating that it's connected?  Just a
shot in the dark...
If not, does it do it while parked or while moving?  Does the car have to be
started or just the accessory switch on?  Have you checked your Nav for
beeping options?
