Cheapest Hella supplier?

FWIW, I found Hella fogs to outperform Bosch fogs (all old school 181's vs
Pilots) by massive margins. The Hellas were capable of being aimed well
enough to travel at near highway speeds (48 mph) in driving snow and/or fog
with no glare back (assuming low beams off, city lights on). No such luck
with the Bosch, couldn't go much more than 35 in the same conditions, glare
from the lamps made it impossible to go faster. I would admit BOTH were
better than regular headlights though, although the H4's were better than
DOT's. The thicker glass of the Hella's were also a bit more resistant to
stone chips in the sort of pre-Stone(guard) Age.
