205/60R16? I don't think so. 215/55R16 required 5mm spacers in the front. I 
would stick
with 205/60R15 or 205/55R16.
 If you're worried about fuel economy that much, you really should be 
getting something like
Michelin Energy MXV4 Plus in 195/65R15. They're quite low rolling 
resistance. Not bad in
the wet when new, mediocre the rest of the time, terrible in snow. Last 
forever- got 60k out
of a set, trashed them with about 4/32" left on the Beetle.
