I believe you should be fine tapping into manifold vacuum via a one-way
valve or two, unless you plan on doing much left foot braking. The only
time you will lose brake boost will be when you are on-throttle, and
even then yous hould get 2-3 good pumps of the pedal.
Any time you are off-throttle the engine will still make plenty of vacuum.
Just make sure the vacuum lines, at least as far as the one-way valve,
are up to handling the overpressure.
