electrical connector pin removal tool?

Can someone please help me find a tool to remove the pins out of an
electrical connector for a VW/Audi?
 I'm swapping seats in a car and I need to replace the connector on the
replacement seat so that I don't
get an airbag fault.
 Also, where can one find the bolts and associated pieces that attach a
seatbelt latch to the seat frame?
ETKA only shows the complete seatbelt latch as one piece- see 2003 VW GTI
VR6 under Body, Front Seat,
part number 10 for reference.
 Finally, does anyone know where I can find out what type of connector is
used on an airbag? Swapping a wheel,
need to see if the replacement airbags have different connectors depending
on the year.
 Any issues with retrofitting a 3-spoke sport wheel on an UrS or similar
Audi with regard to which airbag to buy-
connector and airbag controller working properly? That is the issue I'm
dealing with.
