Cody,

Jim's where i got the idea for the kennedy disc with the sachs' pp. 
The problem you have is that the mc1, stepped, flywheel won't work
with the PP for a 3b or 7A.  Both of which use the flat flywheel.  MC2
is the same also(most, early 89's maybe stepped).

Ideally, the cheapest way to go is the kennedy disc with a flat
flywheel and the according PP.  However that would require you to buy
a flat flywheel.  i'd look at www.car-part.com, i've gotten 3 off of
there for around $50.  This will also give you a 17lb flywheel to
start with.

You are correct on your model's and their engine's.  And as far as
holding the power goes, I can only look to what him has done.  My
car's probably 300ish HP at the crank, hopefully more torque.  holds
up to my driving no problems.  JIm has really pushed it, and even on
his 20vT, seems to be holding up thus far.
