Deionized or distilled water is available in any supermarket these
days- usually "distilled" or "deionized" is marked on the label
prominently to keep people from buying it by accident (no minerals =
not very tasty.) Poland Springs marks it with a yellow/orange "tab"
on the front label. If not there, any drugstore should have the stuff.

Also, distilled water is the weapon of choice for coolant systems.
Deionized water is fine too, just is one step up the purity scale,
and more corrosive since it has no ions in it. However, the amount
of corrosion in a closed loop system is not a problem (it's when
you're pumping deionized water through pipes continuously etc.) If
anything, any lime/scale stuck to anything in the system will be the
first to dissolve into solution, not important motor bits.
