Ok, I got my pressure plate yesterday, ordred a 3B TO bearing, and ordered the disc from KEP yesterday (it was $95 btw). I'm bidding on a 3B FW on Ebay right now. Hopefully this will all come together soon! Just to make sure, I shouldn't need to change the TO fork correct?
