Ignition Switch Issue

Hi Guys,

I have a 94 100CS Q, when you turn the key, the car starts, but when it
releases back to the run position, the car turns off.  I cannot keep the car
started.  I'm sure it is the ignition switch, I'm just looking for
confirmation of the problem.  Has anybody had it happen to them this way
before?
