Spotted: identical 95.5 S6 on I-66 East, approaching Washington DC

And I mean IDENTICAL-Red/black 95.5 sedan. Only difference is he had
aftermarket rims and rear headrests(mine are removed). Pulled up next to me,
the guy gave me a thumbs up, passed me. It's surreal seeing the exact same
car as mine-I mean what are the odds? Had DC plates, so it's local. Anybody
know who this is? I followed him for a while but lost him at the TR bridge.
