LAC: Wow! Tire Pressure!

Well, I also want to say that at this point in my life, I am using my Audi
in a little bit different way than I would have 10 years ago: I like the
understeer, I just don't like *atrocious* understeer. But what I need from
this particular car is rock-solid stability in the rain and predictable and
forgiving handling. I want no surprises from this machine, but a little fun
isn't out of the question ;)
If I want oversteer, I'll drive my '68 Corvette with polyurethane suspension
bushings and adjustable front/rear swaybars and Koni reds, with 400
horsepower and a Positraction differential. For the two or three times a
year I want to do a hairy four-wheel drift or kick the back end out with the
throttle, that car gives me more adrenaline rush than I really need. I want
my 5KCSTQ to be a nice, safe, spirited but forgiving car with seating for
five and a lot of trunk space. And it does that job very well. :)
