I got a set of 7" round H4s for my Miata from Susquehanna Motorsports:

You can probably find the lights you need there (or the information to find 
what you need locally). As for brackets, as Huw said, you are on your own.
Some judicious bending of sheet metal and pop rivets and epoxy may 
work if you can't weld.
