As Hank Hill would say, "not quite right in the head." Black and white,
pencil to paper, as an "appliance" to get you back and forth these cars
make no sense at all. But when driven as intended, reason goes out the
window. This has come up before, the Q's have a "soul". No matter how
much cursing and knuckle scraping you've gone through, the first 130MPH+
run or winter jaunt in 2 ft. of snow afterwards makes it seem worthwhile.
These intangible things mean absolutely nothing to someone looking for
basic transportation. There are plenty of American and Asian appliances
out there to fill that need, without the inherent price of admission to
the type 44 club. Especially for a front wheel drive normally aspirated
automatic, all those on this list who want on of those (for driving not
parts,) please raise your hands......yeah, I thought so.
