Versus what?  This is the only fuel hydrolock scenario for a bad FPR in a
V8Q.  If the engine is running you can't get enough fuel through the
vacuum line to cause a hydrolock, and if you could somehow get enough in
there to flood one cylinder, with the engine running it would get
distributed to all 8.
