ss Lines..... alternative?

Chi,
Yes, many manufacturers will custom make lines, including Stoptech
(disclaimer: I'm a dealer).

You'll find the outer sheath material varies greatly, as there's no industry
standard.  Also, the plastics have gotten much better overall since these
types of lines were introduced for street usage 15+ years ago.
