'91 CQ 20V Fuel Leak near Cat

My '91 CQ has a fuel leak right next to the cat, underneath the heat shield,
at a rubber piece that allows the fuel lines to bend up towards the engine.

I havent put the car up yet to take a full look but it appears that the rubber
piece is ripped and is leaking fuel. Is there anything else in there that
needs attention or is it just a simple removal of the heat shield and
replacement of the rubber connector?
