Those rubber pieces are usually part of the mounting brackets that run
all along the fuel line.
And, that's where the metal lines tend to corrode and eventually leak.
You can try using a bit of fuel hose and double hose-clamping it to each
good metal end, or get a new line (pre-bent) from the dealer.
Chances are, when you dig in to check it out, it's going to get a lot
worse (though what could be much worse than a fuel leak over the
catalyst? Don't Drive Until Fixed!)
