OT Radar ticket in PA goodie found.

This is for Pennsylvania. Section 3111 of the Vehicle Code is relating to a
traffic offense described as "failure to obey traffic control device," but
in PA, this is a zero point violation- doesn't even come up on your driving
record.
I guess a lot of people have experienced PA's "hospitality." :-)
