20V head gasket on a 10V?

anyone ever done it?  is it even possible?  if
so, are there any pros or cons to it?

it appears as tho i've had (at the very least) a
head gasket failure.   i have new head bolts, and
i've got an aftermarket 10V gasket, and an
aftermarket metal 20V gasket.  i really would
like to get the car back on the ASAP, so if
anyone can offer any advice on the subject, i'm
all ears.

keep in mind that i've heard the whole
"aftermarket parts quality" argument before,
that's why i opted to install an OEM audi head
gasket 4 months ago.
