Cody:  Assuming the 5K wheels are the same as the 200 10V I did a compario.

I also see the OEM wheels on a B5 1999 A4 is 7 " wide vs. the 200 20V 7.5"  
the rest of the dimensions are the same.  All 5 bolt AFAIK......................
