1991 100 auto won't crank

[Kneale Brownson]

The gear selected should show up on the dash emphasized more than the rest
of the gear numbers/letters.  On the V8s, it's a backlit system.  Don't
know what the newer models do, but still the selected one should stand out
from the others.
