If you set a "modern" cell near a CRT the CRT will go haywire just as a call
is comming in, and pretty much any speaker will actually give a little coded
sounding buzz that sounds like morse. Of course it's just interferance, but
I used to keep my cell close to my home theater when it was in my house
because I cuold hear that "buzz buzz dot buzz dot buzz" from any other room
and have an extra second to get it before voiceamail kicked in.
MAC: In my Q-car the speakers would do the same with the cell in my left
pants pocket ;-).
