Blower motor - brush replacement

This thread has come up before a few times. When you consider the PITA
aspect of this job and the longevity of a complete R & R (New Blower
Motor, Heater Core, Core Hoses, and Heater Valve) it's not THAT expensive
to do it right. A cheap price to pay when you consider you won't have to
pull the heater box out again for maybe another decade.

This is one of those things that will cost you more in $$, time, effort
and frustration if you try to do it on the cheap. There are a few
listers here who have relayed the joy of blowing a heater core or heater
valve in rush hour traffic shortly after replacing only the blower motor.
